Now Boarding: Open Aircraft Days is a ticketed event on Saturday, July 4, 2026 10:00 AM at The Hangar Flight Museum in Calgary.

This is the most requested experience at The Hangar Flight Museum, and each summer they deliver. This year 5 different aircraft will be open on rotation for interior flight deck tours: Avro Lancaster, Douglas DC-3, De Havilland Twin Otter, Beechcraft 18, and Sikorsky Dragonfly. Each Saturday, Sunday, and holiday from Father's Day until Labour Day one aircraft will be open for personalized tours.
